Our pricing is tiered and performance-based, designed to offer the most value for every homeowner :
Tier 1 - < $5,000/month → 10% of booking revenue
Tier 2 - $5,000–$8,000/month → 15% of booking revenue
Tier 3 - > $8,000/month → 20% of booking revenue
This means we only earn when you do. There are no hidden fees, no surprises, and you keep the rest of your income.
It’s simple—your rent will be directly deposited to you each month. Beyond that, we personally guarantee your monthly payments to ensure consistency and peace of mind.

Our guests typically stay anywhere from 5 days to several months, depending on seasonality and their needs. Many are remote professionals or contractors who often require extended stays of 2–3 months.
Security is a top priority. With your approval, we install a Wi-Fi–enabled exterior security camera to monitor guest activity and ensure that only authorized individuals access the property.
Our booking platforms perform background checks and verify IDs. We review this information for every inquiry and personally approve or decline each guest. We also ask guests about the purpose of their stay and factor that into our decision.

Yes. We list properties across a variety of trusted booking platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Furnished Finder, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and more. These online travel agencies act as the bridge between us and our guests.
We market to a wide range of travelers—corporate professionals, traveling nurses, business contractors, and leisure guests—all screened through our secure vetting process.
We take every precaution to prevent parties or events in our properties. It’s in our best interest to keep each unit immaculate—any damage or downtime hurts both our revenue and our reputation on booking platforms.
To enforce this, we install discreet noise monitors. If noise exceeds a certain level, our team is alerted, and we address the issue immediately. In the rare event a party does occur, we handle all maintenance, cleaning, and guest removal and you only pay the actual cost.
